New Old Stock 1950s Radio Earphones Shop Cards
These would make a great display item for any transistor radio collector. Dating to the second half of the 1950s, these two rare matching shop cards still retain their stock of brand new unopened earphones. In many ways it was the humble addition of the earphone jack to pocket transistor radios which helped herald the global revolution in ‘personal listening’.
As you can see from the photos these new-old-stock earphones come completely untouched. One card has a single pack missing only and the blue back cards do have some age related wear, but either way these are still perfect for display! The individual bags are marked ‘made in Japan’. Naturally they come unopened and completely untested.
